We are currently taking reservations of five-or-more nights for our 2025 season.
Rates
Our ranch boasts 4 lodge rooms, 17 cabins plus a Lodge with a lobby and dining room that are listed on the National Register of Historic Places. All cabins are in a duplex-style, except for the Deluxe Cabin.
Rates listed are based per accommodation, per night, and do not include taxes, fees, or gratuity. Breakfast, packed lunch, appetizers, and dinner are included along with many on-Ranch activities.
One queen bed and private bathroom; reserved for adults only.
One king bed, private bathroom, and fireplace.
Two twin beds, private bathroom, and fireplace.
Our only standalone cabin with one king bed, private bathroom, and fireplace.
Duplex-style cabin consisting of two separate accommodations that share the same front porch. One cabin has a king bed and the other has two twin beds. Each cabin has a private bathroom and fireplace with an interconnecting door.
Cabin 8 has one king bed, fireplace, private bath with stone shower, and bathtub. Cabin 8b has two twin beds and shares a bathroom and interconnecting door with Cabin 8.
Cabins can accommodate a maximum of 3 people with the third person on a rollaway bed at the extra person rate.
Family Cabins can accommodate up to 6 people with the fifth and sixth persons on a rollaway bed in each cabin at the extra person(s) rate.
Lodge Rooms can not accommodate rollaway beds or extra people.
Rate Details
Rates are subject to a 15% ranch fee, applicable state taxes, and can change without notice. Included in the 15% Ranch Fee is access to all ranch facilities and activities: natural hot springs pool, fly casting clinics, fly rods and paddleboat for stocked fishing pond, guided hikes, mountain bikes and trails, paddle boards, and recreational center.
Minimum Stay
Our minimum stay requirements adjust throughout the year. We open reservations for the following year on June 1st. Prior to September 1st, there is a seven-or-more night minimum stay required. Starting on September 1st, we reduce the minimum to five nights. On February 1st, the minimum drops to four nights. Beginning June 1st, reservations of two-or-more nights are welcomed. At that time, if a single night stay in a particular cabin is the only night available between two existing reservations, we can potentially accommodate a single night stay if you call the office.
Gratuity
The Ranch welcomes guests to use their discretion recognizing the attention and service received from our staff. You may request that a gratuity amount be added to your final invoice, which will be shared evenly among our seasonal staff based on the hours they worked during your stay. These gestures are greatly appreciated and shared among every seasonal staff member, as there are many dedicated employees whom you may never meet!
Reservation Deposits & Payments
A 50% deposit is required to confirm all reservations. The balance is due 14 days prior to your arrival date and will be charged automatically to the original credit card used to make the reservation. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and personal checks.
Cancellation Policy
Your deposit, less a fee of 10% of the total reservation cost, will be refunded if cancellation is made at least 30 days prior to scheduled arrival. If cancellation or early departure notice is given within 30 days of scheduled arrival, you are responsible for the total reservation cost.
